Repeals section 41-3027.06, Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously established a termination date for the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (ASDB).

Adds section 41-3033.01 to establish a new termination date of July 1, 2033 for the board of directors of ASDB.

Repeals Title 15, chapter 11 and the new termination statute on January 1, 2034.

Continues the ASDB board of directors to promote and maintain educational opportunities for sensory-impaired children in Arizona, pursuant to statutory continuation requirements.
