Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-101 to modify the definition of "implement of husbandry" to explicitly include vehicles equipped with automated driving systems or autonomous technology.

Clarifies that implements of husbandry may be equipped with an automated driving system that is either not in use or actively in use, while still maintaining their exempt status.

Adds "specialty crops" (including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, and horticulture and nursery crops) to the list of agricultural purposes for which implements of husbandry may be used.

Allows autonomous vehicles to qualify as implements of husbandry if they are used solely for agricultural purposes and only incidentally operated or moved on highways.
