Adds physical therapists to the list of healthcare providers authorized to certify applicants for permanent and temporary disability removable windshield placards and international symbol of access special plates.

Physical therapists join hospital administrators, authorized physicians, physician assistants, and registered nurse practitioners as eligible certifiers for disability parking privileges.

Applies to both individuals with permanent or temporary physical disabilities and organizations that transport persons with disabilities.

Changes became effective upon the Governor's approval on May 12, 2025.
