Establishes a school mapping data program in the Department of Education to create accurate, standardized, and accessible emergency response maps for school campuses.

Requires school mapping data software to be compatible with public safety agency platforms, printable, and accessible at no cost to emergency responders.

Mandates school mapping data include floor plans overlaid on aerial images, building/room labels, utility locations, automated external defibrillators, trauma kits, and identified hazards oriented to true north with x and y coordinates.

Requires each school to annually review and certify or update its mapping data, then provide it to all local, state, and federal public safety agencies that may respond to emergencies at the school.

Appropriates $10,360,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to establish a grant fund providing schools with financial assistance to develop compliant mapping data on a first-come, first-served basis.
