Appropriates $328,000 from the peace officer training equipment fund to the Flagstaff Police Department for a public safety training simulator in fiscal year 2025-2026.

Appropriates $700,000 from the peace officer training equipment fund to the Glendale Police Department for two public safety training simulators in fiscal year 2025-2026.

Makes all appropriations exempt from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry over.
