Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 39-121.01 regarding public records requests and procedures.

Requires requesting persons to affirm at the time of request that the public record is not for a commercial purpose, or if for commercial purposes, to provide a statement explaining the intended use under section 39-121.03, subsection A.

Applies to all persons requesting to examine, receive copies, printouts, or photographs of public records from public bodies during regular office hours or by mail.

Became law on May 2, 2025, upon approval by the Governor.
