Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1261 and 33-1808 to regulate political sign display in condominiums and planned communities governed by homeowners' associations.

Prohibits associations from restricting indoor or outdoor display of political signs on members' properties, with display permitted 71 days before primary elections through 15 days after general elections.

Allows associations to regulate political sign size and number only if restrictions are no more stringent than applicable city, town, or county ordinances; caps maximum aggregate dimensions at 9 square feet if no local ordinance exists.

Prohibits associations from requiring political signs to be commercially produced and allows signs to display both sides; associations cannot regulate number of candidates or ballot measures supported on signs.

Expands definitions of "political sign" to include flags and establishes protections for "association-specific political signs" regarding board elections and condominium ballot measures, with enhanced display rights between ballot distribution and three days after elections.
