Requires GPS coordinates to be included in well drilling applications filed with the Arizona Department of Water Resources, in addition to the existing legal description of well location.

Changes the timeframe for director approval or denial from "within fifteen days of receipt" to "within fifteen days after receipt" for standard well drilling notices.

Maintains existing filing fees of $150 for most well drilling notices and $100 for domestic wells outside active management areas with pump capacity not exceeding 35 gallons per minute.

Applies to both new wells and deepening of existing wells in areas not subject to active management and exempt wells in active management areas.
