Permits gun safety information to be provided verbally or by referencing a gun safety pamphlet posted on the Arizona Department of Health Services website.

Requires the Department of Health Services to prepare and post a gun safety pamphlet on its website by January 1, 2026, containing information on gun storage, home safety measures, and risks to children who may find a gun.

Establishes that firearms are a leading cause of unintentional injury deaths among children and adolescents in the United States, with over half occurring in the home environment.
