Appropriates $400,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Education for planting low-biogenic volatile organic compound-emitting trees on public school campuses.

Prioritizes distribution to schools where 75% or more of students are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches under the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Acts, available on a first-come, first-served basis until December 31, 2025.

After December 31, 2025, distributes any remaining funds on a first-come, first-served basis to any Arizona public schools.

Allows the Department of Education to require schools receiving funds to report on their use of the monies and permits schools to partner with nonprofit organizations for tree planting.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190.
