Removes "test" and "analyze" from the definition of unlawful uses of drug paraphernalia in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3415, subsections A and B.

Eliminates the classification of general drug testing equipment as drug paraphernalia, while preserving an exception for narcotic drug testing products used to determine if a controlled substance contains fentanyl or a fentanyl analog.

Removes references to "testing" and "analyzing" from the statutory definition of "drug paraphernalia" in subsection F(2) and deletes the subsection specifically listing testing equipment as paraphernalia.

Renumbers subsequent subsections of the drug paraphernalia definition to account for the deletion of testing equipment language.
