Adds "brass knuckles" to the definition of prohibited weapons in Arizona law, defined as a device made of metal, plastic, or hard material designed to fit over knuckles to enhance punching power.

Classifies possession, manufacturing, transporting, selling or transferring brass knuckles as a class 1 misdemeanor rather than a class 4 felony that applies to other prohibited weapons.

Renumbers definitions in section 13-3101 to accommodate the new brass knuckles definition, shifting subsequent definitions from paragraphs 1-9 to paragraphs 2-10.

Makes conforming changes to sections 13-925, 13-3110, and 13-3112 to update references to the renumbered definition paragraphs throughout the weapons statutes.
