Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-194.01, which authorized the Attorney General to notify the state treasurer to withhold shared revenues from counties, cities, or towns that violated state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Removes language from Section 42-5029 (transaction privilege tax distribution) that allowed the state treasurer to withhold distributions to counties, cities, and towns upon Attorney General notice of violations, and redistributes withheld monies among other jurisdictions proportionally.

Removes language from Section 43-206 (urban revenue sharing fund) that authorized withholding distributions to cities and towns upon Attorney General notice of violations, and eliminates redistribution of withheld monies to other cities and towns.

Makes technical corrections to update census bureau references in both distribution sections from "United States bureau of the census" to "United States census bureau."
