Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3601 to modify the definition and procedures related to domestic violence offenses.

Expands the list of offenses that constitute domestic violence to include additional criminal statutes related to assault, threats, and harassment.

Requires peace officers responding to domestic violence calls to conduct child welfare checks when minors are present to determine if the child is safe or may be a victim of abuse.

Maintains existing provisions regarding firearm seizure, victim notification, arrest procedures, and court orders for protection in domestic violence cases.

Requires courts to consider that a victim was pregnant at the time of the offense during sentencing and permits sentence increases of up to two years for felony offenses against pregnant victims.
