• Prohibits any person from intentionally injecting, releasing, or dispensing chemicals, compounds, substances, or apparatus within Arizona's borders for the purpose of solar radiation management.

• Defines "solar radiation management" as the injection of stratospheric aerosols that increase atmospheric reflectivity or decrease the intensity of sunlight.

• Creates an exception for activities authorized under Title 45, Chapter 9 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

• Amends Title 49, Chapter 1, Article 1 by adding section 49-119 to establish this geoengineering prohibition.
