Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 12-353 to expand cost recovery for attorneys who prevail in discipline matters brought by the State Bar of Arizona.

State Bar of Arizona becomes responsible for attorney fees, loss of earnings, and court costs if the subject attorney prevails, with court costs covering all investigation, discipline process, and any court litigation and appeal stages.

Loss of earnings are calculated for the entire time period covering investigation, discipline process, and any applicable court litigation and appeal.

Allows prevailing attorneys to file claims against the State Bar of Arizona for damages to their professional reputation.

Defines "attorney discipline matter" as any charge not dismissed by the State Bar before final disposition by the disciplinary judge or Arizona Supreme Court.
