• Replaces references to "epinephrine auto-injectors" with "epinephrine delivery systems" throughout Arizona law to encompass all FDA-approved single-use epinephrine delivery devices, not just auto-injector pens.

• Authorizes school district and charter school employees trained in epinephrine administration to carry and administer epinephrine delivery systems to pupils experiencing anaphylactic shock, with immunity from civil liability except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Permits authorized entities (camps, universities, workplaces, sports arenas, restaurants, etc.) to stock epinephrine delivery systems and train employees to administer them to anyone experiencing anaphylaxis, with prescriptions valid for two years.

• Allows first responders trained in epinephrine administration to administer epinephrine delivery systems pursuant to standing orders from licensed healthcare providers, with immunity protections for both prescribers and responders.

• Modifies medical and pharmacy licensing definitions and unprofessional conduct standards to recognize epinephrine delivery system prescriptions for schools and authorized entities as exempt from certain physician-patient relationship requirements.
