Amends Arizona law to require school district governing board candidates to be designated with their political party affiliation on nomination petitions and ballots.

Defines partisan designation as the political party of which a candidate is a qualified elector 150 days before the primary election for that election cycle.

Adds school district governing board offices to the partisan ballot section (Section One) instead of the nonpartisan ballot section (Section Two) of official ballots.

Changes school district governing board elections from nonpartisan to partisan elections, allowing candidates to display party affiliation on ballots alongside their name and office title.

Applicability begins January 1, 2026, for all school district governing board elections held on or after that date.
