Arizona Historical Society shall convey ownership of the Sanguinetti House Museum and Gardens, Jack Mellon House (240 South Madison Avenue), and Molina Block (272 Madison Avenue) in Yuma to the City of Yuma.

Arizona Historical Society president must deliver a properly signed and recorded deed or patent to the City of Yuma within fifteen days after September 14, 2024.

Transferred land and buildings must be used by the City of Yuma for public purposes in perpetuity and cannot be sold, exchanged, or bartered.

Documents, items, and personal property previously deeded or donated to Yuma County, Yuma County Historical Society, or Arizona Historical Society that benefited Yuma County, were made in Yuma County, or have significance to Yuma's history are the property of the City of Yuma and shall be returned.

Arizona Historical Society and Yuma County Historical Society must inventory any remaining documents, items, and personal property to determine if they meet the criteria for return to the City of Yuma.
