Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Health Services for grants related to midomafetamine research and clinical trials for post-traumatic stress disorder treatment.

Grants may only be awarded to entities that have completed at least one late-stage clinical trial for midomafetamine in treating post-traumatic stress disorder.

Eligible grant recipients must be currently participating in a U.S. Food and Drug Administration drug review process for midomafetamine related to post-traumatic stress disorder treatment.

The appropriation is exempt from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward beyond the fiscal year.
