Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 19-102 regarding initiative petition requirements.

Requires initiative petition descriptions to include a separate listing of statutes likely to conflict with or be impacted by the proposed measure, along with a brief summary of potential conflicts or impacts.

Maintains existing requirements that circulators must declare whether they are paid or volunteer by checking the appropriate line on the petition form.

Voids signatures obtained in violation of the paid/volunteer circulator disclosure requirement, though invalid signatures do not invalidate other properly obtained signatures on the same petition.
