Requires the Joint Legislative Budget Committee staff to submit an annual report by November 1 each year to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House.

Report must review and categorize individual income tax rate brackets based on the 2022 taxable year rates prescribed by Section 43-1011.

Report must include the individual income tax rates, adjustments to Arizona gross income claimed by taxpayers in the prior taxable year, and deductions and credits taken by taxpayers in the prior taxable year.
