• Requires fantasy sports contest operator applicants and their officers, directors, members, partners, principals, and 10%+ individual owners to submit fingerprints for state and federal criminal background checks.

• Authorizes the Department of Gaming to require fingerprint submissions from fantasy sports employees, contractors, management companies, holding companies, and suppliers for criminal background checks.

• Requires event wagering operator applicants' officers, directors, members, and partners to submit fingerprints for state and federal criminal background checks.

• Authorizes the Department of Gaming to require fingerprint submissions from event wagering employees, contractors, management services providers, and suppliers for criminal background checks.

• Establishes that the Department of Public Safety shall (rather than may) exchange fingerprint data with the FBI for both fantasy sports and event wagering licensing purposes.
