The Department of Corrections director may post statutorily required reports, forms, plans, and summaries on the department's website instead of submitting them through traditional channels.

Information posted on the department's website pursuant to this authority shall be treated as equivalent to formal submission to relevant entities.

The director must notify all relevant entities that the required reports, forms, plans, and summaries have been posted on the department's website.
