Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-341 to require school district governing boards to include specific definitions of bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, and intimidation in their harassment and bullying prevention policies.

Defines bullying as a single significant act or pattern of acts by one or more students directed at another student that exploits an imbalance of power and results in physical harm, substantial negative mental health effects, damage to property, creates a reasonable fear of harm, creates an intimidating educational environment, materially disrupts the educational process, or infringes on a student's rights.

Requires cyberbullying definition to mean bullying conducted through electronic communication devices or platforms that interferes with a student's educational opportunities or substantially disrupts school operations.

Requires harassment definition to be consistent with section 13-2921 and intimidation definition to be consistent with section 13-1202.

Designates the act as "Andrew's Law."
