Establishes new salary formulas for statewide elected officials and legislators effective January 1, 2027, based on the median household income for a family of four as determined by the American Community Survey, each with different multipliers (Governor: 1.23x, Attorney General: 1.17x, Secretary of State and State Treasurer: 0.91x each, Superintendent of Public Instruction: 1.10x, Legislature members: 0.33x).

Removes the superintendent of public instruction, governor, secretary of state, state treasurer, and attorney general from the compensation commission's jurisdiction established in Chapter 41-1903.

Repeals the voter approval requirement for legislative salary recommendations previously required under the compensation commission process.

Makes clarifying edits throughout statutes to update gender-neutral language and modernize dollar amount formatting (e.g., "$500" instead of "five hundred dollars").

Bill becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve a related constitutional amendment at the next general election via Senate Concurrent Resolution.
