Creates enforceable mandatory arbitration agreements for warehouse employees whose primary job duties involve loading, unloading, or handling goods at employer-owned or leased warehouses, notwithstanding existing Arizona arbitration law.

Employee pays administrative costs equivalent to state court filing fees when initiating arbitration; employer pays all other arbitration-specific administrative costs.

Does not prevent employees from filing claims or charges with government agencies.

Does not apply to employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement, except as the agreement allows.
