Appropriates monies to the peace officer training equipment fund established under Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1731.

Requires unexpended and unencumbered monies from the school safety interoperability fund (section 41-1733, ARS) distributed to the cities of Tucson and Yuma and Coconino County to revert to that fund on the bill's effective date.

Transfers reverted monies from the school safety interoperability fund to the peace officer training equipment fund on the bill's effective date.
