Allows common school districts to qualify for small school adjustments under Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-949 for fiscal year 2025-2026, notwithstanding existing eligibility requirements.

District must be located in a county with a population between 200,000 and 210,000 persons.

District must have a kindergarten through grade 8 student count between 125 and 150 students.

District must have an average daily membership in kindergarten through grade 8 of 125 or fewer students in the current year.

The provision expires and is repealed on December 31, 2026.
