Extends all current licenses and certificates issued by health profession regulatory boards through any suspension period of renewal application processing.

Waives renewal fees for current licensees and certificate holders during suspension periods of renewal application processing.

Applies the same license extension and fee waiver provisions to nonhealth professions and occupations licensing authorities that suspend renewal application processing.

Defines "licensing authority" as any state agency, department, board or commission issuing licenses, permits, certificates or registrations, excluding entities under chapter 40 and health profession regulatory boards.
