Amends section 44-1642 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding scrap metal dealer record-keeping requirements.

Adds unexpired United States passport as an acceptable form of identification for validating scrap metal seller information, alongside existing driver license and other government-issued photo identification options.

Makes technical revisions to existing record-keeping language including changing "every" to "each" and minor grammatical adjustments to clarify requirements for maintaining transaction records.

Maintains all existing scrap metal dealer regulations including one-year record retention, payment methods, receipt requirements, age minimums, transaction limitations, and seven-day catalytic converter retention periods.
