Prohibits landlords from evicting tenants during any week in which the outdoor temperature reaches 90 degrees or higher on two or more days in that week.

Amends the requirement for landlords to provide reasonable air-conditioning to specify that when seasonal weather conditions require air-conditioning, landlords may not set or require air-conditioning to be set higher than 82 degrees.

Applies the eviction prohibition to evictions under section 33-1368, section 33-1377, and forcible entry and detainer actions, as well as any other eviction method.

Modifies Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-1324 regarding landlord maintenance of residential premises and adds new section 33-1379.01 establishing the heat-related eviction prohibition.
