• Prohibits physician assistants from performing surgical abortions and prohibits dispensing of prescription medications intended to induce medication abortions by pharmacists and certain other health care providers.

• Restricts scope of practice for certain health professionals by prohibiting mentoring or preceptorships related to abortion services and limiting volunteer health services registration to free medical clinics that do not provide abortions.

• Modifies licensing and regulatory provisions in Title 32 and Title 36 to exclude abortion-related services and facilities from certain exemptions and regulatory frameworks.
