Establishes the tribal community college operations fund administered by the Department of Administration to distribute monies to tribal community colleges in Arizona.

Fund consists of legislative appropriations and gifts, grants, devises, and other contributions from lawful sources, with monies exempt from lapsing appropriations requirements.

Permits fund monies to be used for operational expenses and costs to establish or provide instructional programs at tribal community colleges.

Appropriates $13,333,333 from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028 to the tribal community college operations fund.

State treasurer shall invest fund monies as provided by law, with investment earnings credited back to the fund.
