Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-705 regarding sentencing for dangerous crimes against children.

Expands the definition of "dangerous crime against children" to include offenses committed against "a person posing as a minor if the defendant knew or had reason to know that the purported minor was under fifteen years of age."

Clarifies sentencing requirements across multiple offense categories, including specific minimum, presumptive, and maximum sentences for first and second degree dangerous crimes against children.

Maintains existing sentencing enhancements for offenders with prior predicate felony convictions, with increased prison terms for repeat offenders.
