Appropriates $13,592,216 from the state general fund to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System for fiscal year 2025-2026 for rate increases in assisted living centers and skilled nursing facilities.

Appropriates $63,331,829 in expenditure authority to the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System for the same rate increase purposes.

Appropriates $821,989 from the state general fund to the Department of Economic Security for fiscal year 2025-2026 for rate increases in assisted living centers and skilled nursing facilities.

Appropriates $1,504,001 in developmental disabilities Medicaid expenditure authority to the Department of Economic Security for rate increases.

Exempts these appropriations from lapsing under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.
