Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1626 to allow the Arizona Board of Regents to adopt policies authorizing universities to enter into employment contracts with nontenured athletic coaches for periods up to eight years (compared to the five-year limit for other nontenured employees).

Requires board approval of all employment contracts entered into under this authority.

Applies specifically to athletic coaches at universities under the Board of Regents' jurisdiction, establishing a separate and longer contract period than other university staff.
