Amends Arizona law to allow student athletes at Arizona universities and licensed private postsecondary institutions to earn compensation from their name, image, and likeness (NIL) without being classified as employees.

Prohibits postsecondary institutions from denying scholarships, declaring students ineligible, or affecting athletic participation based on a student athlete earning NIL compensation or securing professional representation.

Requires student athletes to disclose NIL contracts to their institution before execution and prohibits contracts that conflict with team contracts, institutional policies, or honor codes.

Prevents athletic regulators (conferences, national associations) from penalizing institutions or students for NIL compensation activities and allows institutions to directly compensate athletes and facilitate NIL opportunities.

Exempts NIL-related records from public disclosure requirements and provides causes of action for students and institutions to seek injunctive relief against violations; applies as emergency legislation effective immediately.
