Amends Laws 2024, chapter 211, section 9 to modify appropriations for a Riggs Road and State Route 347 overpass project.

Reduces prior-year appropriations by $25,000,000 from the state general fund (fiscal year 2020-2021) and $24,000,000 from the state highway fund (fiscal year 2022-2023).

Transfers $24,000,000 from the state highway fund to the state general fund on or before June 30, 2024, reflecting revenues from title 42 taxes.

Appropriates $49,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the department of transportation to construct the Riggs Road and State Route 347 overpass.

Directs that the legislature intends for the overpass project to be funded in fiscal year 2025-2026.
