Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-747 to require the Department of Administration to develop a school financial transparency portal displaying school-level data for charter schools, individual schools, and school districts.

Portal must include detailed revenues by weighted student count, federal/state/local revenue allocations, classroom site fund allocations, expenditures by category (teacher pay/benefits, classroom supplies, student support), and comparisons between schools within the same local education agency.

Requires each school district and charter school to post its general ledger on its website by October 1 each year, including receipts of revenues, expenditures, and disbursements for the previous fiscal year.

General ledger postings must include payment method, funding source with categorical codes, transaction description and purpose, payment date and amount, and name of payment recipient including parent entity information when applicable; may exclude information protected under section 41-725, subsection E.

Department of Administration must contract with a third-party vendor meeting specific criteria: at least 5 years incorporated, exclusive K-12 education finance focus, 5+ years building cloud-hosted education finance software, and integration experience with the uniform system of financial records.
