Prohibits public schools from shaming, treating differently, or serving alternative meals to students with unpaid school meal fees, except for students requiring special meals for dietary or religious reasons.

Prevents school personnel and volunteers from denying or delaying meals that meet nutrition standards as disciplinary action against students.

Applies to meals served during the instructional day that meet nutrition standards prescribed in Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-242.
