Amends Section 15-808, Arizona Revised Statutes, to require online course providers and online schools to report specific data annually to the Department of Education, including total courses taken and completed, student enrollment and completion rates, and end-of-course examination results.

Requires reporting of nine specific data points: total courses taken, courses completed, students who did not complete any course, students enrolled in end-of-course testing, students taking end-of-course exams, students excluded for failing assessments, students passing exams in English language arts and mathematics, full-time student enrollment and average courses passed, and part-time student enrollment and average courses passed.

Mandates the Department of Education compile annual reports from all participating schools and submit the compiled data to the governor, speaker of the house, and president of the senate by November 15 of each year.

Changes terminology throughout the statute from "pupil" to "student" and modernizes language such as "e-mail" to "email" and "full-time" to "full time."
