Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-832 regarding the tourism and sports authority's general fund management.

Clarifies that the authority's investments must mature when fund assets are needed for chapter purposes.

Expands the insufficiency notification requirement to apply to any account or subaccount, not just the general fund.

Requires the board to notify the auditor general immediately when liquid assets in the fund, account, or subaccount become insufficient to meet statutory obligations.

Directs the auditor general to investigate and audit circumstances surrounding depletion of any fund, account, or subaccount and report findings to the board.
