Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 5-554, 5-1301, and 5-1314 to regulate event wagering related to sports events and "other events."

Defines "other event" as a competition of relative skill or an event authorized by the department of gaming, explicitly excluding electronic games with slot machine or casino-style interfaces.

Requires event wagering operators using tier two sports wagers to exclusively use official league data provided by the relevant governing body, unless the operator demonstrates the data cannot be provided on commercially reasonable terms.

Prohibits bundling of sports data for event wagering purposes by sports governing bodies and other authorized data providers.

Makes technical corrections and clarifications to existing lottery and event wagering statutes, including updates to definitional sections and references to "other events" alongside sports events.
