Increases the lifetime cash assistance limit for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients from 12 months to 60 months, or the total number of months allowed by federal law.

Applies the extended 60-month limit retroactively to assistance received on or after October 1, 2002.

Removes provisions allowing an additional 12 months of assistance based on work compliance and school attendance requirements.

Prohibits the Department of Economic Security from requiring drug testing for TANF recipients, except as provided in section 46-219.

Takes effect retroactively from June 30, 2025.
