Amends section 36-2907.04 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding family planning services eligibility under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)

Establishes eligibility for family planning services for persons whose household income is between 133% and 200% of the federal poverty level, contingent on approval by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

Bases new eligibility on sections 1902(a)(10)(G) and 1905(a)(4)(C) of the Social Security Act

Makes grammatical and formatting corrections to existing statutory language (hyphenation of "two-year" and "sixty-day")
