Makes it illegal to access without authorization, tamper with, or facilitate unauthorized access to electronic voting systems or equipment, classified as a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Prohibits knowingly publishing passwords or confidential information related to electronic voting systems and requires immediate revocation of authorized access rights for violators.
