Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2927 to add an exception for persons placing holiday-related decorations outside their residences or on their property that are not intended to feed, attract, or entice wildlife.

Maintains existing exceptions to unlawful feeding of wildlife prohibitions for lawful wildlife taking, public employees acting for public safety or wildlife management, normal agricultural practices, and feeding of tree squirrels or birds.

Applies only in counties with a population exceeding 280,000 persons.

Classifies unlawful feeding of wildlife as a petty offense.
