Allows judicial officers, court clerks, and elected officials elected or appointed on or after July 1, 2026 to elect between participating solely in ASRS or the elected officials' defined contribution retirement system, with a 90-day election period and a default to ASRS if no election is made.

Modifies court fee distribution percentages under section 12-284.03 to redirect funds to the elected officials' retirement plan fund, reducing the percentage from 6.00 percent to 5.70 percent and adding a new 0.30 percent allocation to the state general fund.

Updates the elected officials' defined contribution retirement system definition to include newly appointed judicial officers and clerks (supreme court justices, court of appeals judges, superior court judges, commissioners, justices of the peace, and superior court clerks) who elect to participate after July 1, 2026.

Appropriates $150,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Arizona administrative office of the courts for ASRS employer contribution costs.

Makes the provisions effective from and after June 30, 2026.
