Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the Department of Administration for the Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology Office.

Funds a third-party contractor to review the campaign finance reporting system under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 16, Chapter 6 and the lobbyist registration system under Title 41, Chapter 7, Article 8.1.

Contractor shall make recommendations to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in both systems.

Department of Administration must report the contractor's findings to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee by December 31, 2026.
